Mentoring & Coaching

A road-map for personal and spiritual growth.

Meet me at the Table

Let's take a road trip!

Where do you find yourself right now? Are you on the right road? Have you hit a few potholes or go down some rough roads lately? Did you get to the fork in the road and go the wrong way?

These detours can be confusing and difficult and result in unwanted pain and suffering. But John 10:10 tells us that is not God's plan for us. Just like the Israelites were promised land filled with milk and honey, we too are promised an abundant life here on this earth.

How do we get there? What road do we take? Can I travel towards that destination even with the weight of the world on my shoulders? The answer is YES!

Do you need some roadside assistance? I'd love to help you study the map and help you find your way!

Buckle up... we have some amazing roads to travel!!

Here’s what I hear the most from the women who come to work with me:

Even though they attend church, read their Bible and pray, they are still struggling with real-life issues. They are still:

DISCOURAGED

because their marriages or other relationships are not fulfilling.

FRUSTRATED

that their inner-critic has a grip on them and tells them they aren’t “enough”.

TROUBLED

Because they don't know how to manage the madness in their lives.

ALONE

because they believe they are the only ones with these struggles.

OVERWHELMED

trying to control the people and circumstances around them.

CONFUSED

when they God has called them to write but they don't know where to begin.

READY

to become better wives, mothers, daughters, friends, and leaders in their community.

DESPERATE

to make sense of the Bible and hear the voice of God in their everyday lives.

TIRED

of feeling the need to measure up and falling into perfectionistic patterns.

I totally understand this because it’s exactly how I lived for much of my life.

Can you imagine being dropped off in the middle of the desert with no compass, map, or Siri? Only experienced hikers could use the landscape around them to navigate out of the dusty and dry land.

It doesn't matter how old or young we are, life is going to bring us to dry and dusty places. We find ourselves at a fork in the road and don't know which way to go.

Have you reached a fork in the road? Do you ever fell your life has reached a point where you have lost direction? Hit a dead-end street?

I can help.

I've taught, mentored and coached countless women of all ages and walks of life. Together we have implemented techniques to guide them in the right direction.

If you’re on the right road, stay focused and don’t get distracted, you can achieve your dreams and live a life of meaning.

But most people don’t do those things. They let fear slow them down. They allow hard seasons to keep them at the fork in the road. They lack focus and take detours along the way. And that’s why they need a mentor, someone like me, to help them see the destination ahead and how to get there.

I’ll work with you, equip you, share my experience and knowledge. Together we will leave the past behind, set goals for the future, make some real-life action plans. I will keep you motivated to move forward, focusing on helping you achieve all God has for your journey here on earth.

Destination: The Promised Land

In the Bible, we read a story about the Israelites escaping slavery only to find themselves wandering the desert for forty years. Those kooky people went around and around their dusty roads but never entered into the land that God had promised them. A number of years ago, I studyed this story when it hit me—I am doing the same thing!

I was stuck as a slave of this world, afraid to cross over my "River Jordan" and gab a hold of all that God had for me. I knew that Jesus came to earth so I could live life to the fullest (John 10:10) yet I was stuck in the wilderness.

I then went on a quest—to be more like Joshua who arrived, conquered and enjoyed the Promised Land. Was it easy? No. But in a sense, God parted the river waters for me and tore down the walls of shame, regret and unforgiveness.

God never intended for us to get lost on our way to all He has for us. Even if we end up in the desert, He doesn't want us to set up camp there. It's why He gave us a road map—the Bible—to guide us to better destinations.

Because of my circumstances and choices, it took me years to reach my Promised Land. I don't want the same for you.

I am now enjoying the land God promised me. Instead of slavery, I live in freedom. Instead of wandering on dirty and dusty roads going nowhere, I'm enjoying the scenery on the right road.

It is my desire and prayer is to help you reach your Promised Land.

As a Christian coach, I will guide you in the right direction by using God's road map for success.

As a Christian mentor, I will encourage growth by guiding you, keeping you on the right road and avoiding those speed bumps that can slow you down.

I understand God uniquely created us, therefore, my approach is unique. Depending on what road you are currently on and where you want to end up, I will mentor or coach you—or both! The end result is the same... to get you to your Promised Land in less time than it took me!

Why choose me?

Because I get it. I know what it feels like to be anxious, depressed, frustrated, lonely, worn out and frantic to make it all work. I people-pleased, perfected, and performed constantly in order to feel accepted. And when it didn’t work, I tried harder with all of those things over and over again. And thus began the cycle that never ended.

I don't hold back. I'm honest and what you get with me is real talk for your real situations. The skills and tools which I will be sharing with you during our sessions were the skills and tools I used to remove my own inner blocks while letting go of my own self-judgments and negative self-talk. They are tools you can carry with you the rest of your road trip until we meet again just past the pearly gates.

I work hard inside and outside of our sessions. Our relationship isn't going to be just in our sessions together. I'll be more than your coach or mentor, I'll be your friend. I don't charge for texting, emailing, sending needed scripture or information for whatever current situation you find yourself in.

Bible-based and Spirit-driven. The women I work with have all experienced words flowing out of my mouth that I don't know where they came from yet it was exactly what they needed to hear.

I will be your travel guide on this road we call life so YOU can find joy in every area.

What some of my mentees are saying ...

I'm so glad you are here because the trip is a lot more fun with company!

Ready to make real progress and overcome what has been holding you back?

A car cannot travel without the engine. A car can travel without the doors and even the body but it needs the engine to move forward.

I will be your mechanic. I'll help you install the engine you need, give you some gas and hand over the key. But you have to want it. You have to want a life of peace, prosperity and progress.

If you are ready to get serious about your future, let's chat.

When you purchase a new car, you do a test drive. Therefore, before you commit, I'm delighted to offer you a FREE ½ hour session so we can get to know each other and gain an understanding of where you are right now and where you want to be.

I'll work one-on-one with you in person, on the phone or via Zoom. Let's start with a 30-minute call. Fill out the form below and I'll get in touch with you to set something up.

It’s my honor to travel alongside you during your journey to the Promised Land.
